I love fall. I love the weather, the colors, the smells, the introduction of foods that were lost throughout the summer, the activities and the excitement that the Christmas season is just around the corner. One of my favorite things to do lately is to pull the blinds in our bedroom and lay on our bed with Gabby as we watch the colorful leafs swirl around and colors come to life as the morning light progresses. The yellows, the grays, the reds, and the greens all forming a beautifully happy morning wake up. Gabby is enjoying it as much as I am because she just lays there talking and smiling which is a sure sign of how much she is loving the morning crispness, sights, and sounds. And so to you who might be interested, here is a picture of what I am talking about. I can't add the sounds and smells, but I am confident that you will be able to imagine them yourself.
